Hosler Middle School encourages students and parents to discuss their concerns and complaints through informal conferences with the appropriate teacher principal or other campus administrator.  In order to better facilitate your concern in a thorough and timely manner, please complete the form below and return it to the main office.

UNIFORM COMPLAINT PROCEDURES AND NON-DISCRIMINATION STATEMENT

 The Governing School Board recognizes that the district has a primary responsibility for insuring that it complies with federal and state laws and regulations and that the district shall investigate complaints alleging failure to comply with applicable state and federal laws and regulations and/or alleging discrimination, and seek to resolve those complaints in accordance with the procedures set out in sections 4600-4687 of the Title 5 Regulations and in accordance with the policies and procedures of the governing board.
