GET READY FOR THE SBAC TESTS NOW!!!!
The majority of our students will be taking the SBAC test which is the California state test for public school students in the month of May. This assessment will determine how well they understand English and Math at their grade level. In addition, our 8th graders will take a science test to determine their understanding of 8th grade science concepts. Students can prepare for these tests by completing practice tests. Click this link for step-by-step instructions: Practice Test or access the PDF below. In addition to these practice tests, your student should be reading at least 30 minutes daily at home.
In addition, there will be Minimum Days on specific days during this time period. On those days students will be released at 12:45pm. More information to come.
SPECIAL NOTE: WE ONLY HAVE 22 MORE SCHOOL DAYS UNTIL OUR STUDENTS TAKE THESE TESTS! PLEASE HELP US IN PREPARING THEM TO SHOW WHAT THEY KNOW!!!
