PRIDE MONTH

June is celebrated as Pride Month, a time dedicated to honoring the LGBTQ+ community's history, achievements, and ongoing struggle for equality. Originating from the 1969 Stonewall Riots in New York City, Pride Month emphasizes the importance of visibility, acceptance, and the right to love freely. Across the globe, vibrant parades, educational events, and acts of solidarity mark this period, fostering a spirit of inclusivity and support for all.
