There's a club for everyone! Whether you're into anime, science, music, activism, or making a difference in your community, our clubs are the perfect way to explore your interests, make new friends, and build leadership skills. Check out what we have to offer:
🎨 Anime Club
Advisors: Mr. Watson & Mr. Pompey
When: Tuesdays & Thursdays during 8th grade lunch in Room 21
Obsessed with anime? Into manga or anime-style art? This club is your scene! Come chat about your favorite shows, sketch characters, and connect with fellow fans of all genres.
🎓 ASB (Associated Student Body)
Advisor: Ms. Bode
ASB is the heart of student leadership! Help plan school dances, rallies, fundraisers, and more. Gain real-world skills in budgeting and teamwork while making your mark on campus culture. (See Job Descriptions below)
🎷 Band Club
Advisor: Mr. Alba
When: Fridays during 8th grade lunch
Jam out with other music lovers and help plan upcoming performances. Band Club also supports our music program, so your ideas and energy help bring more music to campus!
✊🏿 Black Student Union (BSU)
Advisor: Dr. Akubuilo (Room 202) & Mr. Brisbon (Main Office)
When: Twice a month after school
BSU is a space for unity, empowerment, and pride in Black culture and identity. Join us as we celebrate heritage, promote leadership, and engage in meaningful conversations and community events.

When: Fridays, 3:00- 4:00 PM in Room 204
Celebrate Latinx culture, share traditions, and grow your leadership skills. We host fun events, workshops, and cultural celebrations that bring our community together.
🌟 LevelUp Lynwood

LevelUp Lynwood is Lynwood Unified’s free before- and after-school program for TK–8 students, providing a safe, enriching space where students can explore STEAM, sports, and creative activities through hands-on learning. With support from dedicated LUSD staff and partners like Think Together, Galileo X, and Code Campus, students participate in experiences like cheer, flag football, engineering with Legos, and even field trips to places like the Santa Ana Zoo and Knott’s Berry Farm — all at no cost to families.

When: Fridays, 3:00- 4:00 PM in Room 72
Lions’ Pride is a safe and welcoming space for all students, regardless of sexual orientation or gender identity. We promote acceptance, love, and unity through events and meetings open to everyone.
🐠 Marine Biology Club
Advisor: Ms. Berry
When: Tuesdays at lunch & after school (for different grades)
Dive into ocean life! Learn about marine animals, coastal ecosystems, and take part in awesome field trips like whale watching and marine research expeditions.
💫 The Movement
Coordinator: Ms. Emmanuella Pluton
The Movement inspires students to dream big and grow academically, socially, and emotionally. With support from peer advisors, you'll build confidence, improve your grades, and strengthen life skills.
💙 My Buddy Club
Advisor: Ms. Miramontes
When: Lunch every other week & as needed after school on Wednesdays
Join a movement of kindness, inclusion, and leadership! We support students in specialized settings, host humanitarian events, and help lead school-wide activities like the Pawbucks Coffee Shop.
