Aeries: Data Confirmation & Registration
Please review the steps below to complete the process and prepare for your registration appointment. We look forward to welcoming your student to another great year at Hosler Middle School!
Set Up Your Aeries Parent Portal
All parents/guardians must log in to the Aeries Parent Portal to access and complete required authorizations and registration forms.
Please Note: An active email address is required to create a Parent Portal account. A Gmail account works best with the Aeries system.

Complete Online Data Confirmation BEFORE Registration Day
What You Need to Know:

Data Confirmation must be completed each summer for every student in your household.

You can also update your student’s information (address, phone number, emergency contacts, etc.) any time throughout the school year via Aeries.

Completing this process is a requirement before your student can participate in school orientation or receive their class schedule.
What You Need to Do PRIOR to Registration Day:

Log in to your Aeries Parent Portal and complete the Data Confirmation process online.

Follow the prompts to review and update student information

After completing the confirmation process, print out the following:

New Emergency Card
-
Title I Form
-
Three-Way Compact.

If you need support with printing items, you may stop by our Main Office during office hours and our staff will assist you.
What to Bring ON Registration Day
On your student's Registration date, you and your child will need and receive the following items:
- Printed and signed documents:
- New Emergency Card
- Title I Form (Parent Signature)
- Three-way Compact (Parent and Student Signature)
- Immunization Records for 7th Graders and newly enrolled 8th Graders
- Data Confirmation Page (Parent Signature)
- Cash (optional) to purchase PE clothes and Hosler swag
- Parent Identification
- Return old textbooks (if applicable)
- ONLY 7th Grade: Return Chromebooks checked out at elementary schools.
- Receive a Chromebook, if one is not checked out.
- Receive textbooks

Want to Attend Hosler but Live Outside Our Boundaries?
If you live outside the Hosler Middle School attendance area and wish to attend this school:
➡ Visit the Student Services Department at the District Office to request an intra-district permit.
